To add patient’s Fasting Glucose target:       

1. Once logged into Dexcom Clarity Clinic, select the Patient Name from the Clinic list  
2. Click on “Go to Interactive Reports”  
3. Once on the Reports section, click on “Patient Glucose Ranges”   
4. Scroll to the section named “Fasting Glucose Target”   
5. In the field “Fasting Glucose Target”, input the recommended Fasting Glucose Target value
