To receive coverage for Dexcom rtCGM under the Saskatchewan Drug Plan, patients must be:

• Under the age of 18, and
• Eligible under the provincial requirements, and
• Have a prescription and an approved Exception Drug Status Application

Designated Prescribers only need to add a notation that the patient meets the criteria for the Dexcom rtCGM System.

Both the Dexcom G6 and Dexcom G7 rtCGM systems are eligible for benefits under the Saskatchewan Drug Plan at this time.
