If your clinic has a Dexcom Clarity account, patients can share their CGM data with your clinic by entering your clinic code into their Dexcom Clarity mobile or web app. Once sharing is established, they’re automatically added to your clinic's Patient List. Data sharing will continue until the patient or clinic decides to stop sharing and manually stops it within Dexcom
Clarity.
If a patient uploads their receiver in clinic, add them to the Patient List, select them, and click Upload data. If your clinic does not have a Dexcom Clarity account, patients can print or email reports via their Dexcom Clarity mobile or web app.
