Eligible PSHCP plan participants may purchase their Dexcom rtCGM supplies at a pharmacy of their choice using their drug card.

If they have not already submitted a claim form for prior authorization, online at www.canadalife.com/pshcp, their first purchase must be paid 100% out-of-pocket and submitted manually for approval and reimbursement.

After this first manual claim, or if they have already received prior authorization, all future purchases for Dexcom rtCGM supplies should be made directly in pharmacy.
