Once approved for coverage, the pharmacy will be notified and they will contact the program member. The plan member will then be setup in the pharmacy system to have their Dexcom rtCGM claims directly billed.

The plan member can pick up their Dexcom rtCGM supplies in the pharmacy, or the pharmacy may ship the supplies to their home.
