Effective July 1st, 2023, all PSHCP plan participants living with Type 1 diabetes are eligible for coverage for Dexcom real-time Continuous Glucose Monitoring (rtCGM).

Eligible plan participants are no longer required to be using an insulin pump prior to qualifying for coverage.
